Dear colleagues,

We are pleased to invite you to participate in the II International applied research conference organised by the RSUH Sociology Faculty.

Topics for discussion:

          

  • Discourses and methods of studying contemporary gender studies;;

  •               A state and an individual in the 2030 Agenda: sociological analysis;

  •                The agenda of sustainable development as a system of ESG principles in a gender dimension;

  •                 The women's historical memory as a resource of modern social optimism and sustainable development;

  •                Gender resources and environmental problems solving: barriers and achievement mechanisms;

  •                Gender aspects of policy of sustainable development: Гендерные аспекты политики устойчивого развития: countries differences;

  •               Social inequality and politicy of gender equality in the modern world: similarities and mechanisms of implementation;

  •               The Agenda of gender equality and state elites transformation: the Russian and International experience;

  •                The issue of violence in the context of the COVID-19 Pandemic;

  •              Mechanisms of women promotion in social and political fields as well as in labour and employment fields;

  •               The establishment of new gender order: transformation of subjective characteristics, qualities and values, patterns of behaviour and actions of men and women, as spokesmen for socio-gender communities (the youth, employable population, the elderly);

  •               Gender aspects of the modern migration processes;

  •              The socio-demographic challenges and peculiarities of response of socio-gender groups. Parenthood models and family policy.

  •               The role of education in the sustainable development agenda: new models in a socio-gender dimension;

  •              Gender tectonics and social climate: Russia and the world;

  •               National mechanisms of gender equality and national models: traditions and innovations for sustainable development. 

We offer all the participants to try a new format meet-up in order to organise efficient work. Within a framework of the meet-up there will be presented 2-3 15-20-minute reports in each session and several short presentations on the session topic. The Organising Committee reserves the right to form a list of reports and short messages independently, which will be notified to each participant in a timely manner. The status of a paper (a report or a presentation) will not be reflected on its publication facility. If your paper will be chosen to be presented, the Organizing Committee undertakes to publish in full the abstracts of the conference participants, drawn up according to the general requirements.

 

General article requirements for publication. See Appendix №1 for details.

 

1. Volume - up to 20 000 characters including the English part of the paper.

2. Annotation: 120 words ± in Russian, 150 words ± in English.

3. Obligatory sections: introduction, main article body, conclusion

4. Links to authors in the articles should be written in square brackets, which indicate families of authors, not numbers!

5. References in Russian and English should be without numbering. In the list of references we include texts, including electronic ones, where the author's name is indicated, the rest (electronic publications without indicating the author's name, legislative documents, etc. should be indicated in footnotes).

7. In the Russian list of references, before the author's surname/title, the author's surname or title (if there is no author) and the year of publication are also inserted.

8. In the list of references in English you should put the year after the author's surname and initials. The titles are given twice (if this edition is in Russian): transliteration and translation

9. There should be minimum of tables and and figures. Use the requirements for authors use the requirements of the journal «Sociological research»: http://socis.isras.ru/index.php?page_id=539 . Please indicate a source of information for tables and figures.

10. Mandatory presence of all sections of the text (see requirements for authors and an example of an article), designed according to the rules (italics, breaks, etc.).

The best reports on a competitive basis will be offered for publication in the scientific journal Woman in Russian Society (VAK, Scopus) in 2022.

 

Registration fee for the printing of conference materials and scientific articles is not provided. A participant can submit only one application as an author or co-author.
